The Premium CORE system features the patent-pending Brenthaven 6-sided CORE Protection System, 2” foam protection with reinforced corner and bottom case protection. and rigid wall frame insert protects screen from punctures and sharp objects. The CORE Light system offers the same 6-sided CORE and rigid wall frame, but the foam protection is reduced to 1" to make a lighter bag. Finally, the Standard Protection consists of 1.5” of foam protection with reinforced corner and bottom case protection. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just call the toll-free phone number in the order receipt you will receive to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.
Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you. Please call the toll-free phone number on your order receipt and our customer service team will arrange this for you. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within two weeks of being ordered.
