As many of you know, if I discover a problem with a plant prior to shipping, I will contact you to make any necessary changes to your order. I make every effort to satisfy my customers. I prefer a happy, return customer to a disgruntled one any day. Please contact me by email or phone if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. As in any retail business, return of merchandise is required to receive a refund. In some cases, we can avoid that with a clear photo, and sometimes even a phone call. I will work with you to try to reach an agreeable solution. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the USPS Delivery Confirmation date for a full refund of the purchase price. Buyer pays shipping and handling charges and merchandise must be returned in the original the package with its contents by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please contact me prior to return for a return authorization.
Payment is requested within 5 days of close of auction. I accept PayPal, However, you may contact me directly for deviations to the payment policy. Plants will ship on the Monday or Tuesday following receipt of payment.
Sorry, I don't ship to Hawaii or Arizona.. I ship only within the United States and Puerto Rico with these exceptions. This is due to government regulations, not by choice. If you are outside of my shipping area, please do not bid.
While I take great care in packing, I cannot be responsible for damage loss or delay which occurs during shipping. I do not guarantee spikes or buds due to shipping conditions beyond my control. Please consider shipping insurance.
Packages will be sent to the "ship to" address on your paypal payment. If you are requesting shipping to an alternate address, please be sure that the address is correct in the 'Ship To' section of your paypal payment. Incorrect addresses result in delays, and lost packages. I am not set up for customer pick up of orders.
