The hornbill is carved from light wood showing with 4 hornbills on 4 sided ( see photos ). The hat is plaited with rattan showing with 3 tone of red, black and natural colour. It is plaited with Dayak traditional motif ( see photos attached ).The beauty of the Ladang hat is the bottom part of the rattan plaited hat – it is plaited with Ketunggau most famous / well known row of Dayaks dancing human figure like motif - one after another.
