COMBINED SHIPPING – I DO COMBINE ITEMS & DISCOUNT S/H!!!
 - Due to so many items and different weights and sizes, it is hard to have a perfect shipping discount calculator.  If you get multiple items, it is best to “Request an Invoice” before you pay.  I can look at the items and give you the best possible discount.

PAYMENT 
 - I expect payment with 1 week
         – if there is a problem or it will be longer, please let me know right away
 -  Paypal Payments must be cleared before I ship

SHIPPING
 - I normally ship USPS for all small items & UPS for large items
 - If there is special instructions, it must be in the paypal payment or in a note with other forms of payment
 - I ship within 2 business days (normally one day but hey, people have to take days off once in a while J
 - I DO NOT normally ship on Sat. so if you order on Friday, it will go out on Monday

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 - I use First Class International Shipping normally
 - Every order gets tracking info send by e-mail. (Paypal does this automatically)
 - I do not have control over the mail once I send it so if there is a problem, I will do everything I can to help.
 - Certain countries can take a long time to deliver packages.  (Italy, France, & Vietnam are 3 that I have the most problems with)  It can take 3-4 weeks sometimes but that is not normal.  10-16 Business Days is normal for most countries.
