This antique plate is in excellent condition. The plate is approx. 16" in diameter. The piece is made like a very shallow bowl, it is not flat. There are no chips or cracks. The is some very minor glaze flakes to the interior. I am no expert on this type of pottery but quarantee it 100% to be old and not a new piece. I was told it was late 1800s or early 1900s. It came from an estate here in N.C. that had nothing but fine Oriental pieces. It has no maker's mark on the bottom. (see photos for more details).
