When will you ship
out my order?
Most time we’re
processed and ship out your order 24-48 hours after received
your payment. A shipping notice email will also been sent to
you once the order shipped out.
When I can expect my
orders to arrive?
Your orders will be
shipped from China by air mail. For international order, it
usually takes 7-25 days to arrive. In rare case, it’s up to
35 days. Actual shipping may be
slightly vary due to factors such as customs, carrier
routing, package traffic, and other unforeseen factors.
How long does it take to respond to email enquiry?
Most emails are replied within 24 - 48 hours period,
excluding weekend and holidays. Your questions and concerns
