All customers must contact us via email and complete the return item form we provide you. Please fill it out as completely as possible and send the form along with the returned package back to us. If we receive a returned item without the completed form we will not be able to satisfy the complaint.

Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection a replacement will be processed. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused. Factory Surplus Direct reserves the right as final authority on whether the product(s) should be replaced or refunded.

Factory Surplus Direct will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential damages of any nature arising from the sale of our products.

We proudly boast excellent fill rates, but occasionally an item can be on backorder due to popularity and demand. This item is stocked in our warehouse. Although it is rare, in the event an item has become backordered or discontinued between the time of the listing and the day we receive cleared payment, The buyer will be given options including a similar item or a full refund or the option to wait for the next shipment.
