Closing: Upon receipt of payment a Warranty deed will be prepared and mailed to the Cherokee County in Oklahoma for recording. The buyer will immediately receive a copy of the deed along with a map. The original recorded Deed will arrive to the buyer from the Cherokee County Clerk's office in Oklahoma in about one month.
