Following the easy to understand instructions that come with the 847 true-bypass mod  you will:

- Change the stock switch for a high quality CARLING 316-PP DPDT  switch.

- Change the value  of some of the resistors to make the pedal sound more vocal, give it more output, smooth out the transition between bass and treble and to slightly increase the response of the pedal to bass frequencies.

- Substitute one of the caps to make the sound of your 847 fuller.

Best 20 bucks I have spent in my life. I didn’t like the mod at the beginning but after spending some time looking for the best settings my Ds-1 sounds now even better than my British Tonebone. I sent you my old Mt2 last year to have it modified. The thing sounded great but some months later a bought a Vox Tonelab and sold all my pedals. I was very surprised when I sold my old pedals and found this guy who paid 110 bucks for my old Mt2 just because it had been modified by Pedaldoc.
