SHIPPING & HANDLING:

This auction item is shipped exclusively with United States Postal Service (USPS).  I find it to be the fastest and most economical cost for this particular auction item.  Frequently I will ship orders either same day as payment received or within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received. Items paid for on Saturdays after 12:00 PM PST time or on postal holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Media Mail, Parcel Post, First Class and Priority Mail are not guaranteed delivery times.  Delivery by these methods can be shorter or longer depending on the USPS.  Busier times of the year will yield longer delivery times. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Delivery for international shipping can be delayed for longer periods of time depending on the customs clearance of your country.  International Air Mail Post and Global Priority are not guaranteed delivery times.  Delivery by these methods can be shorter or longer depending on the USPS and customs clearance in your country and do not provide tracking information UNLESS YOU PURCHASE THE ADDITIONAL REGISTERED MAIL FEE.  Registered Mail is the most secure service that the USPS offers.  It incorporates a system of receipts to monitor the movement of the mail from the point of acceptance to delivery and generally costs AND Provides for insurance coverage.  PLEASE CONTACT ME if you are an international buyer and wish to choose REGISTERED MAIL.

International orders may have additional Value Added Tax (VAT), duties, and/or other fees due upon the shipment's arrival in your country.  I have no control over these fees and cannot predict if and what you may be charged. VAT's are stipulated by your country's import regulations.  These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be prepaid.  Your purchase price will be indicated as the value of the item on all customs forms for international orders and packing slips will be included. 

RETURNS:

This Item is sold "AS-IS".  Please refer to listing description and photos.  I will and do describe each item as accurately and honestly as possible and disclose everything that I would want to know about the item as if I were the Buyer.  This includes flaws of the item, if any.  However, if you truly feel the item is completely and intentionally misrepresented in the auction, you are required to contact me within 3 days of receiving it to discuss the return process.  The Buyer is responsible for the cost of getting it back to me, but I will refund the entire PayPal or other payment made once it is received in the same condition it was sent out in.    I will not provide refunds for items that don't fit or if you have buyer's remorse once the item is received (which I'm hoping nobody has!!).  Again, please contact me within three (3) days of receiving item (this will be confirmed by USPS Delivery Confirmation time/date).
