STOCK STATUS
Rainbow Furniture and Gifts does not have its own personal warehouse. All items are located in manufacturer's warehouses all over the country. We have access to thousands of items and Ebay does not link inventory to each individual manufacturer. We take great pains in trying to keep up with stock status, but it is near impossible because inventory changes on a daily basis. Unfortunately, once in a while an item could be sold that is not in stock. PLEASE BE UNDERSTANDING :)
In the off chance that your item is out of stock, you can:
1.) Receive it once it is back in stock. I can usually give you an ETA.
2.) Get a full refund within a few hours after requesting it.
3.) I can in most cases offer you something similar even if you do not see it in my store. An image and description will be emailed.

All items ship using either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If a faster shipping method is needed, please contact for quote.
Items take 1-3 days to process and then shipping is anywhere from 1-6 days depending on where you live from where item originates.
Sorry we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside of the United States
If an item is damaged please contact us right away...If it appears to be due to handling during shipping, please let the carrier know and contact us....
Damaged merchandise must be reported within one week of receipt of shipment...NO RETURNS unless you received an incorrect item.....
Any replacement parts needed because of shipping damage or manufacturer defect will be shipped out right away.
Rainbow Furniture and Gifts is an authorized dealer of many different children's items. New items are always being added to our inventory so please visit often.
