Primrose is a Flower Fairy™ of the Spring. Constructed of the finest all wool felt, she stands 11.5 inches tall and is fully jointed at her shoulders, hips and neck. The Primrose Fairy™ features a sculpural molded body and limbs. Her graceful hands are sewn with individual fingers. Primrose has delicately hand painted features and a meticulously hand-knotted wig of the finest imported mohair. Her magnificent fairy wings are sewn, molded, and hand-painted from fine silk organza for a simmering, iridescent effect.

The Primrose Fairy™ has been remarkably designed and costumed according to the original Cicely Mary Barker illustrations. Dressed in a 2-piece outfit consisting of a petal skirt and leaf bodice, she wears silk knit tights and dainty slippers on her teensy feet. This delightful Spring Flower Fairy™ comes holding a detailed, realistic primrose blossom made of molded, hand painted felt.
