The Iberian Pig Kitchen and Bar just opened last month east of Atlanta in Historic Decatur Square. The menu is the combined vision of Federico Castellucci (Sugo) and Chad Crete. The focus is on traditional Spanish cured meats, cheeses, tapas dishes, salads, cocas (flatbreads), and main plates. The cured meats are served with a toasted baguette and espresso aioli and the cheeses are served with its own accompaniment. The Iberico ham along with the other meats and cheeses are sliced in view of the customers and people walking by the restaurant in the decatur square. All dishes are made in house and there is a strong focus on local and organic ingredients.
