Amazing Vintage Dreadnaught Guitar Case with American Eagle and American Shield Graphics. This chipboard case dates from the 60s or 70s. In my 40 years of playing, selling, and buying guitar gear, I have never seen another one of these. I am sure that this came with a specific instrument, but I am at a loss to find what manufacturer or model. The case fits a standard dreadnaught guitar. The interior length is 43.5 inches, while the upper bout is 12 inches, and the lower bout measures 16 inches. It is in great shape except for a carefully repaired slice that is on the front of the case. Because of the pattern, it is not very noticeable, although you can distinctly see the repair on the inside. The repair does not affect the function of the case in any way.
