30 day Return Policy We offer a 30 day return policy except for any custom product built to order, hospital beds, bath safety or commodes, due to hygiene issues. For all other items, the following conditions must be met:
The 30 day policy begins 30 days from the date of the customer receipt and arrives at the vendor location within 30 days from said date.
All Time Medical issues an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
Product is in its original packaging material, was not used, not damaged and clean.
Product must arrive at the vendor's location within 30 days from customer receipt date.
Shipping charges and restocking fees (20%) are the responsibility of the customer unless the customer received the wrong product shipped or the customer received a damaged item.
If all of the conditions are met, the refund will be issued only after receipt and satisfactory examination of the returned item.
